While we want to have fun…..we need to be safe.

We want every visitor to Valkyrie to have a great time and fall in love with horses as much as we love them. However, we do have a few rules that must be followed not only for your and your children’s safety, but for the safety and well being of all horses and ponies in our care.

Don’t worry if this seems like a lot.

Your Valkyrie Pony Handler will go over all the rules before the fun begins.

The biggest thing to remember is to just ask before we do!

The Basics

*Every guest (rider or non riding) must sign a waiver before the party activities can begin.

*All guest must wear closed toed shoes. Guest who will be riding must wear long pants and a helmet as well. Riding helmets will be provided by Valkyrie.

*Horses are naturally prey animals. So while our horses and ponies are very well trained and comfortable around children, we must take care to not make loud noises, big movements such as running or jumping that may scare our horse and pony friends.

*Do not feed any treat to any horse that was not provided to you by your Valkyrie Pony Handler. Some of our horses are on very regulated diets. Eating the wrong thing could make them very sick.

*Do not attempt to pet, stick fingers, hands or other body parts in to the stalls of horses who are not a part of your party. If you would like to meet another horse or pony during your time at the barn, please let your Valkyrie Pony Handler know.

Additional information

  • Each Party will receive access to the Party room 20 mins before your party begins for set up.

    Each Party will recieve 20 minutes for clean up after end of scheduled party time. The room must be returned to the same configuration as when you arrived.

    No tacks, nails, duct tape or any adhesive like substance may be used for decorations, games, etc. Any damage to the room will incur a repair fee starting at $ 75

    If you would like us to setup and clean up room, we can do so for a nominal fee.

  • To reserve your Party, a non refundable deposit of $200 must be paid at time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your balance which is due 24 hours before party begins.

    Sales Tax will be added to your bill to keep the IRS happy.

    Gratuity of 20% will be added to your final payment for our fantastic Valkyrie Pony Handlers. If you would like to adjust this please let us know.
